The aim of this legal study on Iraq legal background is to describe the Legislative and the Judicial Authorities structure in accordance with current Constitution of Iraq. In other words, this legal study is useful for both, students and researchers of the Law, to determine whether the current constitution can harmonize with dramatic changes in legal, political and economic as well as social issues after 2003, as well as to explain the legislative and judicial structure and there competences in accordance with Iraqi laws.
