The text seeks to provide an exposition of the major features of the global international organizations, international law; International Court of Justice; and regional international organizations. Section three is devoted to the international law and the international Court of Justice, focusing on the key elements and role of the international law. Section four concentrates on the exposition of the aims and the framework of the international regional organizations. The aims, institutions, legal framework of the Arab League and the European community and the European Union are examined.
